• We reserve the right to refuse transport of any shipment that does not comply with the terms.
• The Provider will maintain the security and integrity of documents during transport.

3. Limitations and Restrictions

Our services are intended exclusively for the transport of business documents and permitted items. The shipment of the following categories of items is strictly prohibited:

• Medications (except those with a medical prescription and complete legal documentation, subject to prior approval).
• Dangerous, explosive, flammable, or radioactive substances.
• Materials with political or propaganda content.
• Goods intended for children without compliance with specific legislation.
• Valuable objects without a special declaration and insurance.

Violation of these restrictions will result in the immediate refusal of the shipment and may entail the legal liability of the sender.
